1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions (referred to hereinafter as "Terms") form the legal agreement between the dmwin platform and its users. By accessing the dmwin.bar website, creating an account, or using any service on the platform, you fully agree to these Terms.

Key terms used in this document are defined as follows: "Platform" refers to the dmwin.bar website and all related services; "User" refers to any registered member; "Betting" refers to sports betting, casino games, and any real-money wagering available on the platform.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To participate on the dmwin platform, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old and must provide proof of age if requested.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Users must transact under their own name and using their own payment method — use of third-party accounts is not permitted.
• The platform may not be used from regions where online betting is legally prohibited.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

Keeping your dmwin account secure is your own responsibility. The following rules must be followed to protect your account:

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone else.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Log out at the end of every session, especially on shared devices.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on dmwin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are supported:

• bKash — Instant deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking service.
• Nagad — Via the postal department's mobile banking service.
• Rocket — Via Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
• Bank Transfer — Via major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. As a general rule, funds are withdrawn using the same method used for the deposit. The same mobile number or bank account cannot be used across multiple dmwin accounts. Withdrawal requests below the minimum amount will be rejected.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is issued.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• A new bonus cannot be activated before the wagering on a current bonus is completed.
• dmwin reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If fraud is suspected in connection with bonus activity, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on dmwin:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a specific technical error makes this unavoidable.
• If a bet is left incomplete due to a system or network failure, dmwin will make a fair decision after investigation.
• dmwin reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly incorrect odds or as a result of a technical error.
• Violations of the betting rules may result in forfeiture of winnings and account closure.
• A bet will only be settled once the outcome of the relevant event has been confirmed.

A "fair play" policy applies to all gaming activity. dmwin's casino games are operated by accredited providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and Spribe), who use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure unbiased outcomes.

7 Fair Play & Fraud Prevention

Ensuring a fair and safe environment for all users on the dmwin platform is our highest priority. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.
• Bonus abuse — repeatedly claiming bonuses using the same identity or payment method.
• Arbitrage betting or using software to attempt to exploit the system.
• Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of games.
• Unauthorised access to other users' information or accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegally obtained funds.
